Refunds and Returns

Please note all sales are final. NO REFUNDS, store credit only. We have a 72-hour return policy, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at returnsandexchanges@islabymar.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, email returnsandexchanges@islabymar.com. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
